1970s House with Custom Content
About: This 1970s style house was built to use all of my 1970s custom collection. Everything used is in the zip file. The style is based on the typical bi-level house with adjustments due to the limitations of the Sims 4 when building. The colors of the era included a lot of brown, greens, oranges, and yellows.
The house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rec room, eat-in kitchen, study and an extensive garden. The place is perfect for your hippie families. The 1970s House would be great for use with the Decades Challenge or the History Challenge
